QUALITY IS LOW AND PRICE IS HIGH. Customer representatives seem to want to help you but dont care. Refunded 15% of a TERRIBLE research paper written by a middle schooler. Have not received the money up to date. THEY LIE AND DO NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM.
